Booking Policy

Please review our policies regarding custom design projects:

• Initial Consultation: Your first consultation is complimentary. We will use this time to discuss your vision, timeline, and estimated costs.

• Design Retainer: If you decide to move forward with a custom design after our consultation, a non-refundable $50.00 design retainer is due immediately to secure your spot on the design calendar and begin the proofing process.

• Credit Toward Order: This $50.00 fee will be applied as a 100% credit toward your final invitation order total.

• Non-Refundable Creative Labor: Because custom design work begins immediately upon payment, the retainer is non-refundable even if you choose not to proceed with a physical order.

• Cancellations: You may reschedule your consultation at any time. We appreciate at least 24 hours' notice for any changes.
