1. Services Provided

 

Stellar Invitations provides custom design and printing services for wedding stationery, including invitations, save-the-dates, and other paper goods.

 

2. Order Process & Proof Approval

 

• Proofing: A digital proof will be sent to you via email for your review and approval. It is the customer's responsibility to thoroughly review all details, including spelling, punctuation, grammar, and design elements.

• Final Approval: By sending your final approval, you confirm that you have reviewed the proof and that it is correct. Production will not begin until this final approval is received.

• Errors After Approval: Stellar Invitations is not responsible for any errors (typographical or otherwise) found after the final proof has been approved by the customer. If changes are required after approval, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reprinting and any rush fees incurred.

 

3. Payments and Cancellations

 

• Payment: Full payment is required at the time the order is placed.

• Cancellation:

  • If you cancel your order before the first digital proof is sent, you will receive a refund minus a $50 non-refundable design fee.

  • If you cancel your order after the first digital proof is sent or after the proofing process has begun, the order is non-refundable.

 

4. Intellectual Property

 

• Design Ownership: All custom designs, templates, and graphics created by Stellar Invitations are the intellectual property of Stellar Invitations.

• Usage: You are purchasing the physical product, not the right to reproduce or reuse the design files. Designs may not be replicated, scanned, or used for any other purpose without prior written permission.

• Portfolio Use: Stellar Invitations reserves the right to photograph, publish, and/or display any work created for promotional purposes (e.g., on social media, websites, or in a portfolio). Personal identifying information (like event address or full names) will be removed or obscured when possible.

 

5. Limitation of Liability

 

Stellar Invitations will not be liable for any special, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if Stellar Invitations has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

 

6. Governing Law

 

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
