FAQ

How far in advance should I order my invitations?

For weddings, I recommend starting the process 6 to 12 months before your big day. This allows ample time for designing, printing, and mailing (which should happen 4 to 6 months before the event depending on individual preferences and situations).

Can I request a custom design not seen on the website?

Absolutely. I specialize in unique creations. You can share your mood board or color palette with me, and I will work with you to create a one-of-a-kind "stellar" suite.

What is your policy on digital proofs and revisions?

Every order includes digital proofs and pictures of samples. I want everything to be perfect, so I encourage you to review spelling, dates, and layouts carefully during this stage. Changes can be made prior to the final proof being approved by you.

Do you offer assembly services?

Yes! I offer "white-glove" assembly where I hand-assemble your suites for you, ensuring they arrive to you in ready to send out condition.

How much do custom invitations cost?

Pricing varies based on printing methods (like foil or ink) and paper quality. Most couples invest between $500 and $2,500 for a full custom suite, but I can provide a detailed quote after our initial consultation.

Can you handle the guest addressing for me?

Yes, I offer guest addressing services to save you time and ensure a cohesive look. We can print your guests' addresses on the envelopes in fonts and colors that perfectly match your invitation design.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

To maintain the quality of our custom design process, I typically require a minimum order of 25 invitations. If you need a smaller quantity, please reach out, and we can discuss printing options that may fit your needs.

What happens if I need to order more invitations later?

I always recommend ordering 10–15 extra sets upfront for keepsakes and last-minute additions. Reprinting a small batch later is significantly more expensive due to setup costs, so it’s best to have a buffer.

Do you offer "Day-Of" stationery like menus and programs?

Absolutely. I love creating a cohesive "stellar" experience from start to finish. I can design matching menus, place cards, seating charts, and ceremony programs to ensure your wedding branding is consistent throughout the event.
